Abstract綜述了目前針刺治療小兒自閉癥的方法,一般以單一療法(單純針刺、電針、頭皮針、舌針、七星針)和綜合療法(針刺配合行為、語言、推拿、按摩及穴位注射)為主,闡述了針刺治療的機制。在肯定療效的同時,希望在今后的臨床研究中進一步確定針刺的臨床價值,從而為自閉癥患兒提供一個行之有效的治療手段。 At present,pediatric autism acupuncture treatment take simple therapy(simple acupuncture,electric needle,scalp needle,tongue needle,seven star needle) and comprehensive therapy(acupuncture plus act,language,massage,acupuncture injection) as the main method.The mechanism study is discussed.It is hoped that in the future study the clinical value of acupuncture should be determined to provide a workable therapy for the autism patients.
