AbstractThe first case of biliary stricture due to tuberculous involvement of bile duct is presented. The diagnosis was established by choledochoscopic biopsy through a dilated percutaneous transhepatic biliary tract. Surgical bypass was impossible in this situation and endoprosthesis successfully relieved the biliary obstruction.
