AbstractTwo techniques enabling ultralarge-scale multi-scale single-cell analysis (through biophysical and biochemical phenotyping) with the unprecedented combination of imaging resolution, contrast, and speed are introduced: interferometry-free quantitative phase time-stretch imaging and free-space angular-chirp-enhanced delay (FACED) imaging.
