Abstract | In order to study anti-TB constituents from the fermentation broth of Actinomycete strain 9005, the separation procedure was guided by antibacterial bioassay. The compound 9005 B was isolated and purified by column chromatography, and its structrue was identified as actinomycin X by physicochemical properties and spectral data. MIC of the compound 9005B against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv determined by rapid quantitative microplate (MABA) is 64μg/ml. The anti-TB bioactivity of the compound 9005B is firstly reported. 2 |
