AbstractWe designed β-difluoroalkylamine to capture RNAs and proteins with high tempospatial resolution via proximity labeling mediated by photoinduced singlet oxygen. The appended azide group allows for RNA biotinylation and downstream analysis through both SPAAC and CuAAC. In particular, the β-difluoroalkylazide motif enjoys an enhanced CuAAC reaction rate, thus preserving good RNA integrity.
