| Abstract | 文字有本義、引申義、通假義。《漢語大字典》[1]于通假義多云“通某。”這對讀者探本窮源很方便。但也有未明言“通某”者,讀者欠提示,往往未能鉤賾索隱,煥然冰釋,這是一種缺陷。下文舉出一些例子,希望將來修訂時能補苴罅漏。《漢語大字典》“和”字第15個義項說:古代軍隊的營門。《周禮·夏官·大司馬》:“以旌為左右和之門。”鄭玄注:“軍門曰和,今謂之壘門,立兩旌以為之。”《文選·潘岳〈西征賦〉》:“距華蓋于壘和,案乘輿之尊轡。”李善注:“和,軍營之正門也。”堯案,《說文》:“和,相應也。從口,禾聲。”可見“和”之本義與“古代軍隊營門”無關。然則“和”何以有“軍門”義?《漢語大字典》沒有加以解釋。案,軍門... |
