Objectives
The primary objective is to compare the vaccine responsiveness using intradermal (ID) inactivated influenza vaccine with and without pre-vaccination topical imiquimod (IIV-Q-ID and IIV-ID), and second dose of intramuscular IIV (IIV-IM) among paediatric IIV non-responders. The secondary objectives are to determine the prevalence of paediatric IIV non-responders, and the association between human leukocyte antigen (HLA) alleles and IIV non-responders.
