Objectives
(1) To formulate and realize a stochastic adaptive work package (SAWP) model to determine optimal work package size for dynamic inspection planning in construction; (2) To develop and validate a blockchain SAWP (BC-SAWP) supervision approach to accountable collaboration among work packages on inspection with appropriate performance metrics; and (3) To integrate and disseminate the proposed BC-SAWP approach on mainstream work package systems and digital work supervision platforms through interfaces.
