Objectives
Hong Kong is one of the world's cities with the longest working hours and worst work-life balance. A global survey shows that Hong Kong also performs among the worst in mental well-being indicators even before the population shocks in recent years in Hong Kong. We therefore propose to examine the short- and long-term contributions of work-to-family conflict (WFC) to mental health using a large population-based cohort study.
