Dr Cheung, Chuen Yih Amos 張傳義
Dr. Amos C.Y. CHEUNG is Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Social Work and Social Administration at the University of Hong Kong. He is both a registered clinical psychologist and a registered social worker. His research covers youth mental health, Anxiety Disorders among child and adolescent, criminal behaviours, as well as assessment and intervention for the geriatric population (dementia and depression). Before joining SWSA, Amos worked in hospitals under the Hospital Authority. Apart from public talks and newspaper columns, Amos contributes his expertise as trainer for the Project HOPE in Mainland China and Family Reconstruction: Training for Trainers in collaboration with Shanghai Hongkou District Education Bureau, China. Dr. Amos Cheung is currently the Chair of the Division of Clinical Psychology, Hong Kong Psychological Society (Since 2014) and the President-Elect of the Hong Kong Psychological Society.
