(1) applying human microbiome, and metabolome data to predict chronic diseases and healthy aging;
(2) advanced bioinformatic tool development for metagenomic, and multi-omics analysis;
(3) develop novel metagenomics/methylome methods for analyzing microbiomes in the high-host clinical samples
(4) adaptive evolutionary strategies of probiotics in the host gut
