Professor Wang, Xiao Betty 王晓
Dr. Wang is an applied microeconomist in the Economics department at the University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Business and Economics. Her research interests are in urban and real estate economics, housing economics and finance, and Chinese economy. She received a B.A/B.S. degree in International Area Studies, Mathematics and Economics from Washington University in St Louis, and a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to HKU, she worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar at the Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, New York University as well as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Urban Planning at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
