Biography
Dr. Wanqing Meng received her B.S. degree in Electronics Science and Technology (EST) from the Lanzhou University in 2018 and Ph.D. degree in EST from Nanjing University in 2023. She currently works with Prof. Lance Li as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Meng’s research interests focus on two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor devices. Now several projects are ongoing including 1) Wafer-scale transfer of 2D materials; 2) High performance 2D device fabrication; 3) Three-dimensional monolithic integration based on 2D materials. Research collaborations for various 2D applications are more than welcome.
