Abstract | The present invention provides compositions comprising multi-, toti- or pluripotent cells and peptides forming a self-assembling peptide nanofiber scaffold that reduces or stops proliferation or differentiation of the cells. The present invention also provides methods for inhibiting cell differentiation or proliferation, which comprises contacting the multi-, toti- or pluripotent cells with the self-assembling peptide nanofiber scaffold. |
