| Abstract | By going beyond social reproductionist approaches in the study of language-in-education policies, this paper focuses on the localised uncertainties accompanying neo-liberalising trends in a local Hong Kong school. The analysis will point to an increasing destabilization of domination relationships between teachers and students, with further consequences for all of them. |
