AbstractTo make teaching stratagem and assign education resource based on the normal distribution can be unreasonable sometimes. The authors prove this with some real cases from The Open University of China. The authors also propose an approach that utilizing K-Means clustering algorithm to analysis the distribution of the students’ performance in order to provide support to adjust the teaching stratagem and reassign education resource dynamically.
