AbstractNon-Chinese speaking students who learn Chinese as a second language always found that it is very difficult to discern the structure and component of Chinese characters. This paper reports how to make use of origami for the development of these students' sensitivity of Chinese character structure and component and how it helps to enhance their Chinese character learning performance.
