Abstract | Sorting out Safer Sex Knowledge, is one of the five mini-games in MSC, which aims to help youngsters acquire safer sex knowledge including contraceptives, prevention of sexually transmissible infections, and awareness of self-protection. In the game, the player is required to identify correct sex knowledge or advice suggested by his/her Internet friends by clicking the “LIKE” icon. For each question, thirteen opinions are presented. If the player “LIKE” an incorrect advice, an instant message will be displayed with an explanation. If the rate of correct LIKEs is greater than 50%, the question is marked as “Passed”. The game then reports the player’s level of knowledge on safer sex. |
