AbstractWe propose an estimation method for partially defined Q-matrix based on the likelihood of all possible q-vectors for each item. The algorithm chooses the q-vector with the smallest information criterion. Results indicate that it performs well in terms of element-wise recovery rate for large sample sizes and high item quality.
