AbstractCulturally Responsive Leadership (CRL) is a critical educational leadership framework aimed at improving the schooling and conditions of historically minoritized students and their communities. Scholarship on CRL and the outcomes of Latinx students and families in the United States is limited yet telling. This growing body of literature is imperative given that Latinxs are the most numerous minority group in the country and one of the most marginalized based on educational outcomes. Such marginalization is reflected in the dismal numbers that reflect Latinx students’ academic and non-academic outcomes. This meta-synthesis examines how CRL shapes academic and non-academic outcomes for Latinx students in the United States. The presented results can contribute to the creation and reinforcement of inclusive policies and practices.
