AbstractThis study examined the relationship between organizational learning culture (OLC) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) via the serial mediation effects of psychological capital (PsyCap) and informal workplace learning (IWL) among groups of teacher leaders and non-leader teachers. The participants were 494 teachers (112 leaders, 382 non-leaders) in primary and secondary schools in China. The results of multi-group SEM showed that OLC was significantly related to PsyCap, IWL and OCB with different associations between leaders and non-leaders. Four components of PsyCap played different roles on IWL and OCB with leaders and non-leaders. Efficacy and IWL mediated the effect of OLC on OCB to degrees that varied between the two groups.
