AbstractWe demonstrate a chip-scale laser stabilized to an 8 mL micro-fabricated vacuum-gap cavity, exhibiting 1.1 Hz integrated linewidth, frequency noise down to 10−3 Hz2/Hz at 4 kHz, and Allan deviation below 10−14 to 1 s.
