Abstract | In an electricity market coexisting with varied transaction modes such as pool transaction mode, bilateral transaction mode and multilateral transaction mode, it is a difficult and not well solved problem to allocate the transmission cost fair and equitably. Here a practical method is presented in which on the basis of the DC power flow model firstly the transmission cost that should be borne by each contract sale is calculated by Generation Shift Distribution Factor (GSDF), then with upstream tracing algorithm and downstream tracing algorithm separately the previously determined cost of each contract sale is further allocated to all of the generating companies and loads who take part in the transaction. Thus, the advantages of GSDF method are integrated with that of the tracing method, so the concept of this method is clear and by which the calculation is speedy. Besides, this method can be applied to the electricity market coexisting varied transactions as well as to the mutliple-regional and hierarchical electricity markets.
在多種交易模式(聯營體交易,雙邊交易,多邊交易)共存的電力市場中,如何公平合理地分攤對輸電網的使用費是一個尚未很好解決的困難問題,作者提出了一種實用的方法。以直流潮流模型為基礎,首先根據發電轉移分配因子(GSDF)計算各個合同交易應該承擔的輸電網的使用費,然后分別用順流跟蹤法和逆流跟蹤法將由此確定的每個交易應該承擔的總的使用費分攤到參與該交易的各個發電公司和負荷。這就綜合了GSDF方法和潮流跟蹤方法的優點,概念清晰,計算速度快,并且可以應用于存在多種電力交易的電力市場,以及互聯的多區域與分層電力市場。 |
