Objectives
1) Under ambient air environment (vacuum-fee processing), use large area screenprinting method to deposit the metal gate, source and drain electrodes on the memory transistor on flexible substrates; 2) Develop a universal ultrasonic spray coating system to deposit organic semiconductor and nanoparticles under ambient air environment; 3) Employ droplet-pinned crystallization method to integrate nanoparticles into the organic single crystal transistor for memory device application; 4) Scale up the organic memory array by integrating 16×16 individual memory transistor together for practical application.
